James Battley went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Danville Dans. He singled in the second and sixth innings.

Austin Goss recorded his first win of the year for the West Virginia Miners. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered four hits.

Trent Johnson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked one and struck out three.
