Kipp Brewer kept the Lake Erie Monarchs (15-21) off the board during his six innings of work and the Galion Graders (11-25) beat the Lake Erie Monarchs, 4-3.

Brewer allowed three hits, two walks and struck out none.

AJ Cecil improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Galion Graders. He allowed one run over 1 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered three hits.

Kevin Shul (0-2) took the loss for the Lake Erie Monarchs. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
