Three first-inning runs helped the Treasure Valley (12-9) to an 8-3 win over the Chemeketa (7-8) at Elks Memorial on Saturday.

The Treasure Valley scored in the first on a two-run single by Tanner Cantwell and an RBI double by Tanner Paulson.

Cantwell racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Treasure Valley.

Levi Abrahamson brought the heat against the Chemeketa during his outing. Abrahamson held the Chemeketa hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Travis Klampe (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked two and struck out none.
