An ace performance by Taylor Gulick hoisted the Blue Mountain (2-7) to an 8-0 win over the Olympic (5-4) on Sunday at Blue Mountain .
Gulick held the Olympic scoreless during his nine innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on five hits while striking out six.
The Blue Mountain blew out the Olympic thanks to nine hits, including zero extra base hits. The Blue Mountain scored four runs in the fifth on the Blue Mountain scored in the fifth on an RBI single by Ben Ross, an error, and a two-run double by Nolan Weber.
