Zack Short went 1-3 and hit a home run, sparking the Chatham Anglers (8-5) to a 3-1 victory in eight innings over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (8-5) on Monday at McKeon Park.

Ty Damron put together a nice outing. The Hyannis Harbor Hawks managed just two hits off of Damron, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Vance Tatum (0-1) took the loss for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
