The Alexandria Aces (14-13) beat the Rockville Express (13-18) 6-2 in seven innings on Friday at Montgomery College behind Beau Hall, who went 2-2.
He singled in the fifth inning and tripled in the seventh inning.Wade McNabb got the win for the Alexandria Aces thanks to seven strikeouts. McNabb allowed one earned run, three hits and no walks over six innings.
Rhyan Karr (1-1) took the loss for the Rockville Express. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
