An ace performance by Mitch Patishal led the Victor RailRiders (15-13) to a 4-0 win over the Albany Dutchmen (11-16) on Wednesday at Victor High School.

Patishal's 12 strikeouts were enough to push the Victor RailRiders past the Albany Dutchmen. The Victor RailRiders' pitcher tossed nine innings of shutout ball and allowed only four hits.

Evan Fernandez was solid at the plate for the Victor RailRiders. Fernandez went 1-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He homered in the sixth inning.

Blake Allen brought the heat against the Victor RailRiders during his outing. Allen held the Victor RailRiders hitless over 2 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Jake Welch (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
