The Harwich Mariners (14-19) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 5-1 to the Orleans Firebirds (25-9) on Friday.

Cameron Vieaux (1-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
