The Wareham Gatemen (4-5) pounded the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (7-2) on Wednesday 7-0 at McKeon Park.

Andrew Knizner put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Wareham Gatemen. He doubled in the seventh and ninth innings.
The Hyannis Harbor Hawks had no answer for Bailey Clark, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Hyannis Harbor Hawks managed just two hits off of the the Wareham Gatemen's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out three during his five innings of work.
Nick Deeg allowed no earned runs, five hits and no walks while striking out seven over six innings of work.
Deeg was charged with his first loss of the year.
