Logan Steinberg collected three hits, sparking the Danville Dans (20-12) to a 6-4 victory over the Hannibal Cavemen (7-22) on Saturday at Clemens Field.

Connor Grant pitched lights out for the Danville Dans. The Hannibal Cavemen managed just two hits off of the the Danville Dans' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out five during his five innings of work.

The Danville Dans had no answer for Brendan Kleekamp, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Danville Dans managed just one hit off of Kleekamp, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Elliott Stepanof was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out eight.
