The Rockville Express (4-4) and the D.C. Grays (4-5) both had scoring chances on Sunday, but it was the Rockville Express that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 3-2 win at Montgomery College.

Daniel Gurganus struck out seven hitters en route to the the Rockville Express win. Gurganus allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks over seven innings.

Webb Bobo had three extra-base hits for the D.C. Grays. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

Justin Drechsel (0-2) took the loss for the D.C. Grays. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
