Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Saturday as the Falmouth Commodores (14-12) outscored the Brewster Whitecaps (10-17) 15-11 in eight innings.

The teams totaled 28 hits in the game.

Steven Duggar paced the Falmouth Commodores at the plate. Duggar went 4-6 and scored three runs. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first, second, and eighth innings.

Georgie Salem racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Brewster Whitecaps. He singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Donny Murray recorded his first win of the year for the Falmouth Commodores. He allowed one run over 1 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered four hits.

Joe McCarthy was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
