Michael Hur collected three hits, helping the Rockford Aviators (37-55) to a 6-1 victory over the Traverse City Beach Bums (37-55) on Saturday at Wuerfel Park.

Kyle Brueggemann struck out seven hitters en route to the the Rockford Aviators win. Brueggemann allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk over seven innings.

Corey Alexander put together a nice outing. The Rockford Aviators managed just one hit off of the the Traverse City Beach Bums' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Scott Vachon (2-4) took the loss for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
