Thursday was a great day for Ethan Kenkell, as Kenkell tossed 6 2/3 scoreless innings to carry the Walnut Creek Crawdads to a 1-0 victory over the San Francisco Seagulls (0-2) at Fairmont Field.

Jordan Talbot couldn't get it done on the bump for the San Francisco Seagulls, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed one run.
