The bats were busy at Ross Wells Park on Wednesday, and when the dust cleared the Melville Millionaires (3-2) had a 21-9 win over the Moose Jaw Miller Express (3-3).

The teams totaled 38 hits in the game.

Twelve runs in the opening three innings allowed the Melville Millionaires to easily put away the Moose Jaw Miller Express. A groundout by Garrett Killgore, an error, an error, an error, and a two-run single by Vance Woodruff in the first inning and an RBI single by Killgore during the second inning fueled the Melville Millionaires' offense early.

Kevin Biro racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Melville Millionaires. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and homered in the seventh inning.

Allen Rimer got his first win for the Melville Millionaires despite allowing nine runs over six innings. Rimer struck out two, walked two and gave up 15 hits.

Kyle Olver (0-2) took the loss for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He allowed 16 runs in four innings, walked two and struck out two.

The Melville Millionaires easily handled the Moose Jaw Miller Express pitching as seven hitters combined for 18 hits, 13 RBIs and 19 runs scored.
