The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (4-8) and the Sioux Falls Canaries (4-8) exchanged the lead seven times on Tuesday, but the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks ended up on top with a 6-5 win over the Sioux Falls Canaries.

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks held off the Sioux Falls Canaries, as the Sioux Falls Canaries were unable to overcome a two-run sixth inning deficit.

The Sioux Falls Canaries scored one run in the seventh on a sacrifice fly by Jake Taylor. Despite their efforts, the Sioux Falls Canaries couldn't get over the hump.

It was a good day at the plate for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks' Zach Penprase. Penprase went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Nathan Kilcrease got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. Kilcrease struck out none, walked none and gave up four hits.

Kyle Vazquez (0-2) took the loss for the Sioux Falls Canaries. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
