The Amarillo Sox (3-2) didn't stand a chance on Monday, as the Winnipeg Goldeyes (4-0) captured a blowout 11-5 win at Amarillo National Bank Sox Stad.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes scored three runs in the ninth on a two-run single by Nick Liles, a single by Leonard Davis, and an RBI single by Ryan Scoma.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes' Amos Ramon was perfect at the dish, going 2-2. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fifth inning.

David Peralta racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Amarillo Sox. He homered in the third inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Peter Gehle recorded his first win for the Winnipeg Goldeyes even though he allowed five runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered seven hits.
