The Cotuit Kettleers (18-11) and the Bourne Braves (12-14) both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was the Cotuit Kettleers that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 2-1 win at Lowell Park.

The Bourne Braves couldn't get anything going so long as Jared Walsh was on the hill. The Bourne Braves managed just one hit off of the the Cotuit Kettleers' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Joel Seddon improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Cotuit Kettleers. He allowed one run over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Kyle Kubat couldn't get it done on the mound for the Bourne Braves, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
