Matt Greener drove in three runs, sparking the Rockford Aviators (25-41) to a 6-5 victory over the Gateway Grizzlies (40-27) on Friday at Aviator Stadium.

Jon Myers racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Gateway Grizzlies. He homered in the second inning.

Andrew Snowdon recorded his first win of the year for the Rockford Aviators. Snowdon struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Jason Sullivan ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
