Story by Narrative Science.

The Camden Riversharks (4-8) and the York Revolution (6-7) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Camden Riversharks that eventually took advantage of them in a 7-6 win at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

The Camden Riversharks staved off the York Revolution as the York Revolution were unable to match the Camden Riversharks down the stretch.

The York Revolution scored five runs in the eighth on four doubles, a groundout by Brian Burgamy, an RBI single by Andy Gonzalez, and 2s. Despite their efforts, the York Revolution couldn't get over the hump.

Raul Padron had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Keith Weiser picked up the win for the Camden Riversharks. Weiser allowed one earned run, four hits and no walks while striking out three over six innings of work.

Brett Tomko ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
