The long island afterschock (21-4) jumped on the Mayhem (20-7) early on their way to a 5-4 win on Tuesday at Moriches three in seven innings, scoring four runs in the first inning.

The Mayhem scored on an RBI single by Tyler Sullivan in the fourth inning, an RBI single by Anthony Bozmowski in the fifth inning, and a two-run single by PJ Haines in the seventh inning. Despite their efforts, the Mayhem couldn't get over the hump.
