The Got Money one (15-11) failed to take advantage of phil valente's effort at the plate on Friday, losing 15-12 to the Reeses 1900 (22-3) in seven innings at Granny Road.

Valente hit two home runs for the Got Money one. Valente went 3-4 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Valente homered in the sixth and seventh innings.

The two teams combined for 27 runs and 38 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The Reeses 1900 got their bats going early, scoring five runs in the first inning to pull ahead of the Got Money one.

Rob Berberich racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Reeses 1900. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the third inning, and homered in the fifth inning.

Even though Jeff O_apos;Shaunessy allowed 12 runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his sixth of the season. O_apos;Shaunessy struck out none, walked three and gave up 18 hits.

Tony Lazaridis (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked two and struck out none.

The Reeses 1900 pounded the Got Money one pitching, as seven hitters combined for 16 hits, 11 RBIs and 14 runs scored.
