Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the NWO LIE (10-17) outscored the Men of Color (18-9) 18-9 in seven innings.

The teams totaled 42 hits in the game.

The NWO LIE blew out the Men of Color thanks to 23 hits, including zero extra base hits. The NWO LIE scored five runs in the sixth on an RBI single by Rob Schwartz, , a fielder's choice, an RBI single by Jude Lobasso, and a sacrifice fly by Brian Arana.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with four lead changes.

Larry Carr racked up four RBIs on three hits for the NWO LIE. He homered in the third inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

The NWO LIE pounded the Men of Color pitching, as eight hitters combined for 19 hits, 16 RBIs and 14 runs scored.
