Adam Jensen brought home the go-ahead run to give the Frozen Ropes (21-7) the lead in the sixth inning, as the Frozen Ropes hung on to beat the Cobra Kai (25-2) 9-6 on Sunday.

Pete Bregartner singled to start the sixth. He then went from first to second on an RBI single by Tom Pennino. Finally, Jensen came to the plate with the score tied at four in the sixth inning, and hit a sacrifice fly, scoring Bregartner.

RJ Lee racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Frozen Ropes. He homered in the third inning and tripled in the sixth inning.

JOE BRODLEY had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He tripled in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and doubled in the seventh inning.

rich jensen got his fifteenth win for the Frozen Ropes despite allowing six runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered 13 hits.

James Esposito was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out none.
