The Badrocks (11-12) refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against the Publichouse 49 (2-19), recording a 20-2 victory on Wednesday at Sylvan Field.

Twenty runs in the first three innings allowed the Badrocks to put the game away early.

A sacrifice fly by Peter Apastaledes, a two-run home run by Mark Baptiste, an RBI double by Chris Fieldman, a two-run single by Harold Deiters, and an RBI single by Ray Lagala in the first inning and an error, an RBI single by Apastaledes, an RBI single by Baptiste, an RBI single by Kevin Pietramala, a three-run double by Fieldman, an RBI single by Lagala, an RBI single by Pat Brown, and a sacrifice fly by John Rhymer during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Badrocks.

Fieldman racked up six RBIs on three hits for the Badrocks.

Deiters got the win, running his season record to 2-4. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered eight hits.

Dave Barnes (0-2) took the loss for the Publichouse 49. He allowed 20 runs in three innings, walked three and struck out none.

The Badrocks hammered the Publichouse 49 pitching as eight hitters had a field day, combining for 19 hits, 16 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
