The Frozen Ropes (10-3) pounded the Broderick Express (5-8) on Sunday 16-4 at Brenton Woods in six innings.

The Frozen Ropes scored seven runs in the third on , a double by Greg Murphy, a single by RJ Lee, a single by Steve Walsh, a double by vinny calaitti, , and a solo home run by Matt Jackson.

Jackson racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Frozen Ropes.

It was a good day at the plate for the Broderick Express' Andrew Cucciniello. Cucciniello went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Rich Jensen improved to 7-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Frozen Ropes. He allowed four runs over six innings. Jensen struck out none, walked none and gave up 10 hits.

Cucciniello couldn't get it done on the bump for the Broderick Express, taking a loss. He allowed 16 runs in five innings, walked four and struck out none.

The Frozen Ropes hammered the Broderick Express pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 13 hits, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored.
