Wednesday was a great day for Mike Destefano, as he had two extra base hits to carry the Drailers (9-1) to a 23-15 victory over the Walking Wounded (2-8) at Raynor one in seven innings.

Destefano racked up six RBIs on six hits for the Drailers. He singled in the first, second, and third innings, doubled in the fourth inning, and homered in the sixth inning.

The two teams combined for 38 runs and 53 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The Drailers blew out the Walking Wounded thanks to 30 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Drailers scored six runs in the first on a single by Destefano, a home run by Jamie Desane, a single by John Monahan, an RBI single by Joe Rossi, and an RBI single by James.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the fourth, with seven lead changes.

The Drailers pounded the Walking Wounded pitching, as nine hitters combined for 27 hits, 22 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
