Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the the commission (10-6) outscored the Blue devils two (1-1) 17-14 in seven innings.

The two teams combined for 49 hits in the game.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the sixth, with five lead changes.

Mike Hernandez racked up four RBIs on three hits for the the commission. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and homered in the sixth inning.

Even though Justin Timms allowed 14 runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his first of the season. Timms struck out none, walked four and gave up 26 hits.

Ryan Green was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 17 runs in six innings, walked three and struck out one.

The the commission hammered the Blue devils two pitching as eight hitters had a field day, combining for 20 hits, 16 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
