Andrulis gives the Kitchener Panthers late push to beat the London Majors, 7-4

Mike Andrulis brought home the go-ahead run to give the Kitchener Panthers (17-18) the lead in the sixth inning, as the Kitchener Panthers hung on to beat the London Majors (18-14) 7-4 on Friday.

Ben Kangas singled to start the sixth. He then went from first to second on a groundout by Brian Burton. Finally, Andrulis came to the plate with the score tied at two, and singled, bringing home Kangas.

Mike Glinka racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Kitchener Panthers. He singled in the first and second innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Alan Cattrysse reached base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the third innings.

Mike McGillivray recorded his third win of the year for the Kitchener Panthers. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. McGillivray struck out five, walked three and gave up six hits.

Eric Cordova (5-3) took the loss for the London Majors. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
