Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Monday as the LIONS DEN (4-5) outscored the Thunder (burro (4-7) 25-13 in six innings.

The teams totaled 37 hits in the game.

The LIONS DEN blew out the Thunder (burro thanks to 21 hits, including zero extra base hits. The LIONS DEN scored 10 runs in the first on a single by Marko Fieri, a fielder's choice, an RBI single by Ralph Sanchez, an RBI single by Phil torio, , an RBI single by Mike Fraracci, an RBI single by Andrew Francois, a two-run double by John Disipio, , and a sacrifice fly by Fieri.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the fourth, with six lead changes.

Bobby Silverman got his third win for the LIONS DEN despite allowing 13 runs over six innings. Silverman struck out none, walked six and gave up 16 hits.

Joe Burro ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 25 runs in five innings, walked 16 and struck out none.

The LIONS DEN pounded the Thunder (burro pitching, as 10 hitters combined for 21 hits, 28 RBIs and 25 runs scored.
