Jeff MacLeod came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as MacLeod reached on a wild pitch in the seven to lead the Burlington Twins (11-23) to an 8-6 win over the Barrie Baycats (20-15) on Thursday at Nelson Park.

Matthew St. Kitts improved to 2-4 on the year by picking up the win for the Burlington Twins. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered three hits.

Scott Kelly (1-3) took the loss for the Barrie Baycats. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
