The Barrie Baycats scored on a solo home run by Matt Logan and a three-run home run by Matt Proctor in the seventh inning, a sacrifice fly by Jordan Lundberg in the eighth inning, and a sacrifice fly by Robert Recuenco in the ninth inning. Despite their efforts, the Barrie Baycats couldn't get over the hump.

Darryl Pui racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Burlington Twins. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Matthew St. Kitts improved to 2-4 on the year by picking up the win for the Burlington Twins. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered three hits.

Scott Kelly (1-3) took the loss for the Barrie Baycats. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
