The Paveco (5-7) pounded the THE BREW CREW (9-5) on Sunday 9-3 at Diamond In The Pines in seven innings.

The Paveco scored four runs in the sixth on an RBI single by Rich Thompson, a two-run single by Mike Meier, and a sacrifice fly by Joe Sgambati.

Thompson boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace the Paveco.

The THE BREW CREW's Eric Geib was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He singled in the second, fourth, and seventh innings.

Joe Pierro improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Paveco. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked three and surrendered seven hits.

Jeff Plewka couldn't get it done on the mound for the THE BREW CREW, taking a loss. He allowed nine runs in seven innings, walked five and struck out two.
