At Adelphi in 2019, Luc posted a 3-3 record in 12 appearances, including eight starts in 38.2 innings. He had 36 strikeouts and walked 23 batters, but allowed just 19 earned runs. He had an ERA of 4.42. In 2018, he pitched in 11.2 innings. He earned his first win in 4.0 innings of relief against Bridgeport. He was a NE10 Academic Honor-Academic Distinction (Fall ’18) and NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Fall ’17, Spring ’18) selection. At Farmingdale High School he was a Newsday Long Island Top 100 selection, a Two-time New York State Scholar Athlete Award recipient.
