The Grand Prairie AirHogs (41-29) pounded the El Paso Diablos (30-37) on Wednesday 16-3 at Cohen Stadium.

The Grand Prairie AirHogs scored eight runs in the eighth on an RBI double by Jairo Perez, an RBI single by Andres Rodriguez, a two-run double by Trent Lockwood, an RBI single by Chris McMurray, an RBI single by Jorge Alvarez, an RBI single by Keanon Simon, and a fielder's choice.

Rodriguez racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs.

Nick DeBarr got the win, running his season record to 11-4. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered eight hits.

Ramon Garcia (1-1) took the loss for the El Paso Diablos. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
