The Glens Falls Dragons outdone by Hand and the Oneonta Outlaws, 7-5

Jimmy Hand went 2-4, sparking the Oneonta Outlaws (19-12) to a 7-5 victory over the Glens Falls Dragons (13-18) on Monday at Damaschke Field.

He tripled in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.

William Clemens put together a nice outing. The Glens Falls Dragons managed just two hits off of Clemens, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his three innings of work.

The Glens Falls Dragons were led by Brian Uliana's hitting. Uliana went 3-4 and scored two runs. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.

The Oneonta Outlaws couldn't get anything going so long as Peter Masterson was on the hill. Masterson held the Oneonta Outlaws hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Caleb Armour recorded his first win for the Oneonta Outlaws even though he allowed five runs over five innings. He struck out six, walked one and surrendered nine hits.

Tristan Hubler was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in two innings, walked none and struck out none.
