An ace performance by Sean Gabel lifted the Florida Pokers (11-11) to a 6-1 win over the Coral Springs Royals (8-12) on Wednesday at Cypress Park C S.

The Coral Springs Royals couldn't get anything going as long as Gabel was pitching. The Coral Springs Royals managed just one hit off of Gabel, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his seven innings of work.

Ivan Silva racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Florida Pokers. He singled in the second innings and tripled in the fourth inning.

Joe Campagna was solid at the plate for the Coral Springs Royals. Campagna went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the eighth inning.

Nolan Krivijanski (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out three.
