A magnificent effort by Bobby St. Pierre carried the Swift Current Indians (25-9) to a 7-0 win over the Moose Jaw Miller Express (12-23) on Wednesday at Ross Wells Park.

St. Pierre pitched lights out for the Swift Current Indians. St. Pierre gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out 10 during his nine innings of work.

The Swift Current Indians blew out the Moose Jaw Miller Express thanks to 10 hits, including zero extra base hits. A two-run single by Alex Schultz helped the Swift Current Indians score two runs in the ninth. The Swift Current Indians had two hits in the inning.

Schultz racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Swift Current Indians.

Grant Westmoreland couldn't get it done on the bump for the Moose Jaw Miller Express, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
