Aaron Godinez kept the Regina Red Sox (23-25) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Swift Current Indians (19-29) beat the Regina Red Sox, 4-3.

Godinez struck out none and allowed one walk and four hits.

The Regina Red Sox were ahead early but they ultimately surrendered the lead for good. The Regina Red Sox were up until the fifth inning, but the Swift Current Indians had other plans for the final outcome, taking the lead back on a two-run single by Tyler Enns.

Tyler Vavra was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
