Monday was a great day for Ryan Sullivan, as he clubbed two home runs to carry the Nashua Silver Knights (4-2) to a 14-5 victory over the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (2-5) at Doyle Field.
The Nashua Silver Knights blew out the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs thanks to 14 hits, including zero extra base hits. Steve Colella was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked four and struck out one.
Erik Ostberg, Bengtson, Sullivan and Cruz helped lead the Nashua Silver Knights. They combined for 10 hits and nine RBIs.
