Andy Scott went 2-2, helping the Medicine Hat Mavericks (9-3) to a 7-5 victory over the Okotoks Dawgs (4-5) on Sunday at Seaman Stadium.

Jerod Bartnik racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Okotoks Dawgs. He doubled in the second inning.

Bryce Feia got the win, running his season record to 2-1. He allowed one run over 3 1/3 innings. Feia struck out three, walked none and gave up three hits.

Travis McDonald ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
