Both the Moose Jaw Miller Express (15-19) and the Swift Current Indians (19-13) put runners aboard on Friday, but it was the Moose Jaw Miller Express that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 6-4 win at Ross Wells Park.

Hank Stewart racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He singled in the fourth and seventh innings and homered in the eighth inning.

The Swift Current Indians couldn't get anything going as long as Paul McMahon was pitching. The Swift Current Indians managed just one hit off of McMahon, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his two innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Swift Current Indians' Anthony Armanino dominated the Moose Jaw Miller Express' batters, giving up one run and striking out nine.

Cody Chartrand (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
