Both the Roswell Invaders (39-15) and the White Sands Pupfish (21-33) put runners aboard on Wednesday, but it was the Roswell Invaders that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-4 win at Aquarium.

Ryan Normoyle racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Roswell Invaders. He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the first and ninth innings.

Mike Mendoza racked up two RBIs on two hits for the White Sands Pupfish. He singled in the first inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Shayne Herald got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Justin Mauldin was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
