The El Paso Diablos survive the St Paul Saints 7-4 thanks to Ramirez's late-game heroics

Roberto Ramirez drove in the winning run to give the El Paso Diablos (3-6) the lead in the sixth inning, as the El Paso Diablos hung on to beat the St Paul Saints (6-3) 7-4 on Saturday.

After Moises Montero, Ramirez came to the plate with three outs in the sixth and hit a sacrifice fly, scoring Montero.

Jonathan Cisneros racked up four RBIs on three hits for the El Paso Diablos. He singled in the fourth innings and doubled in the sixth and ninth innings.

Brandon Tripp racked up two RBIs on one hit for the St Paul Saints. He homered in the fourth inning.

Victor Ferrante improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the El Paso Diablos. Ferrante struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

George Jensen couldn't get it done on the hill for the St Paul Saints, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked three, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
