Daniels allowed two hits, no walks and struck out seven.

Tyler Stotler racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Statesville Owls. He singled in the third innings and doubled in the fifth innings.

David Bancroft was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
