Great game from the York Revolution's Burgamy not enough in 13-9 loss to the Camden Riversharks

The York Revolution (18-18) failed to take advantage of Brian Burgamy's effort at the plate on Saturday, losing 13-9 to the Camden Riversharks (11-24) at Campbells Field.

Burgamy blasted two home runs for the York Revolution. Burgamy went 4-5 in the game with four RBIs and four runs scored. Burgamy homered in the second and eighth innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 22 total runs and 24 hits during the game. Both bullpens were busy with eight pitchers used in the game as the skippers of both squads tried to finish it off.

The Camden Riversharks came out swinging, scoring seven runs in the first inning to jump ahead of the York Revolution early.

Juan Martinez racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Camden Riversharks. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the third and seventh innings.

Armando Gabino improved to 1-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Camden Riversharks. Gabino struck out one, walked one and gave up one hit.

Kris Regas was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 10 runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked none and struck out none.
