A resident of Exeter, Rhode Island, Gamache comes to the Newport Gulls in 2014 after spending the 2013 NECBL season with the Ocean State Waves. In 41 games with the Waves, Gamache hit .300 with a home run, nine RBI, and two stolen bases.
Gamache is also coming off a solid campaign with the Binghamton Bearcats. In 37 games, he hit .271 with one home run and 22 RBI.
A graduate from Bishop Hendricken High School (Warwick, RI), Gamache is the brother of 2010 Gull Dan Gamache, who is currently playing in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.
