After six lead changes in Saturday's game at Foster Field, the San Angelo Colts (35-33) finally pulled out a 5-4 win over the Edinburg Roadrunners (41-27).

The San Angelo Colts staved off the Edinburg Roadrunners as the Edinburg Roadrunners were unable to match the San Angelo Colts down the stretch.

The Edinburg Roadrunners scored one run in the ninth on a solo home run by Pascual Del Real. Still, the Edinburg Roadrunners couldn't catch the San Angelo Colts.

Daryl Jones was hot from the plate for the San Angelo Colts. Jones went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first and fifth innings and homered in the seventh inning.

The San Angelo Colts got the win thanks in large part to Mike Hart's dominant, eight-strikeout performance. Hart allowed three earned runs, eight hits and one walk over seven innings.

Dave Dineli (3-8) took the loss for the Edinburg Roadrunners. He lasted just eight innings, walked one, struck out nine, and allowed five runs.
