The New Jersey Jackals (54-38) jumped on the Rockland Boulders (43-48) early on their way to a 5-2 win on Friday at Provident Bank Park, scoring three runs in the first inning.

A three-run home run by Angel Berroa delivered the runs in the first. The New Jersey Jackals had two hits in the inning.

Berroa racked up four RBIs on two hits for the New Jersey Jackals.

Kyle Greenwalt picked up the win for the New Jersey Jackals. Greenwalt allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out four over six innings of work.

Pat Moran couldn't get it done on the mound for the Rockland Boulders, taking a loss. He lasted just nine innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
