The Quebec (21-11) used an eight-run explosion in the eighth inning to get past the Worcester (11-21) 14-3 on Wednesday at Le Stade Municipal.
Josh Colafemina had a hot bat for the Quebec. Colafemina went 2-5, drove in one and scored three runs. He singled in the third and seventh innings.
Bryan Rembisz picked up the win for the Quebec. Rembisz pitched seven innings and allowed two earned runs, five hits and two walks while striking out three.
Nick Salotti racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Worcester. He homered in the seventh inning.
Phil Negus ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked one and struck out six.
