Baker allowed three hits, two walks and struck out six.
Bryce Shemer paced the Southern Maryland Nationals at the plate. Shemer went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fifth inning.
Charlie Baxter (0-1) took the loss for the D.C. Grays. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
